Ingredients
- 250g green beans
- 250g mushrooms
- 1 tsp abc sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp organic seasoning (organic dehydrated vegetables: carrot, onion, tomato, celery root, parsnip, leek, paprika, parsley leaves, garlic; organic lovage; organic turmeric; organic black pepper; and sea salt)
Method
- Rinse well green beans and mushroom.
- Trim off the ends of green beans and then cut them diagonally into 1-inch in length.
- Cut off the stems of mushrooms and then cut mushrooms into equal slices.
- Heat up wok with 1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil and fry green beans until turning bright green and then add mushrooms until cooked well.
- Add organic seasoning and stir well.
- Add abc sweet soy sauce and stir well.
- Enjoy your dish.
