- Ingredients•4 chicken thighs• 2 Tbs tandoori paste• 1/2 cup yogurt• 2 Tbs lemon juice• 1 clove garlic• 4-8 wraps• 1 packet of Kale salad• 1/4 cup Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Instructions.. Place chicken in a bowl. Add tandoori paste, crushed garlic lemon juice and yogurt. Mix to coat the chicken evenly, then cover and refrigerate for 30 mins or longer if you have time.2. Pre Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Get a flat tray and place the marinated chicken and cook, for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.3. Place wraps on a plate as shown, add salad.4. Thinly slice chicken and place on top of salad5. Smear a small amount of Kewpie Mayonnaise over the chicken, 6. Wrap up and enjoy!
