- 600g chicken thigh, cubed. 1 tbsp oil. .Sauce: 1tbsp Obento teriyaki marinade, 1 tbsp Obento yakitori sauce, 1tbsp Sake, 1tbsp Mirin, 2tbsp brown sugar, 1 tspn sesame oil, pinch garlic powder, pinch dried ginger, pinch chicken stock powder, 1 tbsp ABC sweet soy sauce. Sides: 2 cup steamed fresh Stir-fry veg, 3 cup steamed Rice.
- Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl, set aside. Brown cubed chicken thigh in a wok over high heat with cooking oil. Finally add sauce mixture to wok, combine until sauce is glossy and coats chicken pieces. Serve on bed of rice with steamed stir-fry veg. Serves 4
