Ingredients
- 600g raw lean beef
- tbsp garlic powder
- tbsp paprika
- Tbsp black pepper
- 30ml soy sauce
- tbsp sesame oil
- 20g light butter
- 60ml low fat bbq sauce
- 50ml soy sauce
- 20g honey
Method
- 600g raw lean beef* season with tosp garlic powder, tbsp paprika, top black pepper, 30ml soy sauce tosp sesame oil:* mix together & cook for 10 minutes on high heat
- * then on medium heat:* 20g light butter* Tbsp garlic* 60ml light low fat bbq sauce* 50ml soy sauce* 20g honey* Your cooked beef* Stir together and let it simmer until crispy and glazed
- Finish off with sesame seeds and spring onion
- * Meanwhile boil 200g uncooked rice & (roughly 630g cooked rice )* Add equal portions to meal prep containers !!
