Ingredients
- 500 g Beef Mince
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 200 g Red Cabbage, shredded
- 200 g Carrot, grated
- 100 g Spinach
- 100 g Corn Kernels
- 1 Brown Onion, sliced
- 8 tbsp Obento Teriyaki Marinade
Method
- In a wok or large, heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil at high heat
- Saute 1 sliced onion until soft & translucent
- Add 500 g Beef Mince and fry for 2-4 minutes until brown on all sides
- Add 4 tbsp Obento Teriyaki Marinade and stir for 1-2 minutes
- Add Red Cabbage, Carrot, Corn and Spinach and stir until softened
- Add 4 tbsp Obento Teriyaki Marinade and stir for 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened up to the desired consistency
- Serve with rice
