Ingredients
- 500g Beef strips
- LKK Teriyaki Marinade Sauce
- Hakubaku Ramen Noodles 1 packet
- 3 bunches baby bok choy
- 2 bunches brocolini
- 2 bunches asparagus
- Minced garlic
- Minced ginger
- Seasame oil (2 teaspoons)
- Soy sauce ( 1 Tablespoon)
Method
- Marinate beef strips in Teriyaki marinade. Boil water, place veggies in colander over water, allow to steam.
- Cook meat till browned. Remove from pan and place in bowl. Take veggies out of colander into pan, add soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Cool till covered and fragrant. Place noodles in water used for steaming and bring to boil, cook for 4 minutes.
- Add meat to veggies in pan, drain noodles, add noodles to pan and mix all together. Remove from heat and enjoy!
