Ingredients
- 500g Chicken
- Teriyaki marinade sauce
- Broccoli
- Kewpie mayo
- Rice
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Brown Onion
Method
- Marinade the chicken in the teriyaki sauce and then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Chop brown onion into small cubes
- In a medium pan, heat 1tbsp of oil and brown the onion over medium heat
- Once onion is browned add the marinated chicken and cook until tender and thoroughly cooked through
- Cook rice
- And cook broccoli in microwave or steamer
- Add rice and chicken mixture into a bowl and broccoli on top
- Finally finish with a drizzle of kewpie mayonnaise on top
- Enjoy!
