Ingredients
- 500g rice
- 600g Brest chicken
- 200g Teriyaki Marinade
- 50g coleslaw salad
- 50g Thick teriyaki sauce
- 60g kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Step one - cut up chicken and put it in a bowl then add the marinade then put your chicken in the fridge for a few hours to marinate.
- Step 2 - cook your rice put 2 cups of rice in a microwave safe container then add 4 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes then mix and cook for another 5 minutes and check it again and keep cooking until your rice has softened then it is cooked.
- step 3 - add all your cooked ingredients into a bowl then add any remaining ingredients that you want to add I like to add my salad and kewpie sauce then eat it up and injoy.
