Ingredients
- 500g Chicken thigh
- 1/4 cup Coles teriyaki sauce
- 2tablespoons Obento rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Chilli
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup sushi rice
Method
- Chop up your chicken thigh into small cubes, add half of the marinade and mix in a bowl. Leave to the side.
- Cut up cucumber, red onion, garlic and chilli. Place into a bowl, add in rice wine vinegar, honey, soy sauce & sesame oil. Place to the side.
- Place sushi rice into a rice cooker and press cook.
- In a pan on medium to high heat begin cooking the chicken, adding the rest of the marinade. Once cooked remove from the plan.
- Plate up your chicken, rice and picked cucumber.
