Ingredients
- Prawns, peeled x 10
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 x pack thin hokkien noodles
- 2 cups of raw mixed veggies of choice. (Onion, broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms, baby corn all work great!)
- Valcom Bamboo Shoots
- Valcom Water Chestnut Slices
- 4 Tbl spoons Obento Teriyaki Marinade
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced chilli to taste
Method
- Prepare the prawns.Assure peeled and cleaned, de veined
- Cut up vegetables into thin slices for quick cooking
- Boil the kettle and soak the Hokkien noodles as per directions on the pack
- Heat up sesame oil and lightly fry off prawns, then remove from heat
- Fry off the vegetables, adding in the garlic and chilli.Add teriyaki sauce and noodles. Fry until coated in the marinade and return prawns to heat for 1 min before serving.
