Ingredients
- Teriyaki chickenKewpie sriracha mayo
- Avacado, rice, lettuce, cucumber
- 500g chicken
Method
- Cook the chicken in teriyaki sauce
- Pour the sauce on the chicken and marinate
- Cook in a little bit of avacado oil
- Dice vegetables
- Cook 1 1/2 cup rice
- Combine in a bowl once done and top with kewpie mayo
