Ingredients
- 230gr of salmon (or 2 slices of salmon)
- 1 pack of Obap sweet potato noodles Danmyeon
- 1/8 cup of light soya sauce
- 1/8 cup of water
- 2 tsp of crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp diced onions
- Few spinach leaves for garnish
Method
- Cook Obap sweet potato noodles as instructed on the package
- Marinate the salmon with 1/8 cup soy sauce, 1/8 cup water, 2 tsp garlic, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil. Let marinate for 10 minutes
- In a small pan, heat up the pan with 1 tbsp of oil. Put in the salmon, but not the sauce, skin side down and cook for 2 mins.
- Pour in all the remaining sauce and turn the heat to medium. Turn the salmon to the other side and cook for another 4 minutes
- Turn of the heat and let salmon rest in the pan for another 2 minutes. Then serve with Obap sweet potato noodles. Garnish with some spinach leaves
