Ingredients
- 185g tuna chuncks
- 4 pieces fried fish balls
- 500g green beans
- 250g julienne carrots
- 150g snow peas
- 100g brown onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp LKK Stir- fry Teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5g ground black peppercorns
- 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Wash all the green beans, snow peas and carrots. Then top and tail the snow peas. Slice the carrots into julienne. Chop the brown onions and the garlic. Slice the fish balls.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and saute the onions over high heat. Then add the fishballs and the garlic.
- Add the tuna chuncks. Then add the carrots.
- Add the green beans and snow peas.
- Add the LKK stir-fry teriyaki sauce and the salt and pepper.
- Mix and combine.
- Serve and enjoy.
