Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- Onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 packets udon noodles
- Teriyaki stir fry sauce
- Chicken
- Broccoli
- Cabbage
- Green beans
- Bell pepper
- Mushroom
- Zucchini
Method
- Prep the vegetables and cut into similar sizes. Dice the garlic and slice the onion.
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and then brown chicken first and take off pan.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water and set of to the side once cooked.
- Satay garlic and onion.
- Cook vegetables - carrots and beans, zucchini, mushroom, cabbage then broccoli
- Add the cooled chicken into the vegetables.
- Add the teriyaki sauce into the vegetables.
- Add in the noodles and mix until combined. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
- Enjoy your meal.
