Ingredients
- 1 packet Firm Tofu
- 2 tbsp Caster sugar
- 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Obento Mirin seasoning
- 1 tbsp Obento Cooking Sake
- Corn flour
- Spring onion for topping
- Steamed rice
- Vegetable oil
Method
- In a small bowl, mix sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and sake. Set aside.
- Wrap tofu with paper towel, place on microwave safe dish and heat for 90 seconds on 600w. Cool slightly, cut and coat with corn flour.
- In a flying pan, heat oil over medium heat and cook tofu all sides.
- Reduce heat to low, pour sauce mixture and cook until the sauce coat all over tofu and slightly thicken.
- Arrange tofu on steamed rice, drizzle sauce and top with spring onion. Enjoy!
