Ingredients
- 2 x 300g Eye fillet Steak
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced cherry tomato
- Diced cucumber
- Spring onion
- Vermicelli noodles
- Sauce (sesame oil, lemon, soy, sweet chilli)
- SIRACHA KEWPIE
Method
- Cut lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onion and combine in a big bowl
- Place vermicelli noodles in a bowl and add boiling water untill softened.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Cool the steak for 3-4 minutes each side resting for 5-10 minutes for medium/rare
- Lay vermicelli noodles, add combined salad mix, top with sliced steak and season with the Thai sauce and the SIRACHA KEWPIE!
