Thai Green Curry

Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs
- Potato
- Mushroom
- Broccoli
- Valcom Green Curry Paste
- Rice
- Coconut Milk

Method
- Easy recipe in the air fryer & rice cooker Put on the rice cooker - 2 cups / 4 water
- Cut up Chicken Thigh, potatoes, Broccoli & Mushrooms.
- Put cut up potatoes into dish with a dash of water and cook in microwave for 10 min .
- Put cut up chicken in Air fryer ( Saucepan mode ) and brown for 5 min. Add Valcom thai green curry paste 1/2 jar , Cook a further 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli, cooked potatoes, Coconut milk and Kaffir Lime leaves and simmer for 10 .
- Place rice in bowl and add curry & enjoy
