Thai green curry

Ingredients
- Chicken
- Green curry paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut milk
- Snow peas, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, spring onions, carrots

Method
- Fry off green curry paste for 1 minute add chicken, soy, fish sauce, ginger, garlic sauté for 1-2 minutes
- Add coconut milk, veggies and put lid on for 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
- Put noodles in boiling pot of water as per cooking instructions. Once cooked place in bowl and then add curry on top serve and enjoy.
