- Chicken thigh, capsicum, chilli, zucchini, carrot, Valcom Thai green curry paste, sesame oil, rice, and coconut milk
- Prepare all ingredients by cutting vegetables and chicken into small chunks. In a wok on medium heat, add sesame oil and Valcom curry paste. Then add vegetables and cook for 10 minutes. Then add chicken and cook for a further 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through. Serve hot with rice and place thinly sliced chilli on top of dish.
