Ingredients
- 500gm Pork mince
- 2 tablespoons Valcom Green Curry Paste
- 1 Packet Coconut Milk powder
- 4 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon fish sauce
- Zest of 1 lime
- Pinch of curing salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in a sealed container, then into the fridge for 12 hours.
- The next day, push mixture through a piping bag and squeeze into rows onto wire tray.
- Place in a dehydrator or smoker on the lowest heat until dried to jerky consistency you like.
