Ingredients
- 2 potatoes 🥔
- 1 onion
- Coconut milk 400 mls
- 5 tablespoons of massaman curry paste
- Fish oil 3 tablespoon
- Brown sugar 3 tablespoon
- Corn flour 3 tablespoon
- 500grms beef casorole
Method
- Cit up potatoes in small size cubes,and finely cut onion,add in to slow cooker
- Combine curry paste fish oil and coconut milk and stir well,add in brown sugar and corn flour and mix well
- Once mixed pour sauce into slow cooker,add in the beef and mix
- Turn on slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours
- Cook rice on side and ready to serve
