
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Capsicum
- Pineapple
- Basil
- Tablespoon of red curry paste
- Can coconut milk
- Teaspoon sugar
- Tablespoon fish sauce
Method
- Fry 1 tablespoon of red paste for 2-3 minutes
- Add coconut milk and bring to boil
- Add chicken simmer for 10 minutes
- Add fish sauce, sugar, capsicum, pineapple. Simmer for 1 minute
- Add basil and serve with rice
