- 500g Turkey mince1/2 Jar Red Curry PasteBunch spring onion, choppedBunch coriander, chopped (extra for serving)EggOlive oil for fryingYoghurt for serving
- Mix all the ingredients together. Roll into patties. Heat oil in skillet. Fry on medium for about 6 minutes each side. Serve with yoghurt and extra coriander on the side.
