- 400g Salmon Fillet5ml Sesame Oil15g Valcom Red Curry Paste20g Beans10g Spring Onions1/2 Egg15ml Fish Sauce15ml Oyster Sauce1g Kaffir Leaf Lime5g Peanuts for garnish
- Mince 400g Salmon, 15g Red Curry Paste, 15ml Oyster Sauce, 15ml Fish Sauce, 1/2 Egg, 5ml Sesame Oil and finely chopped Kaffir Lime Leaf into a paste. Then add 20g chopped green beans and 10g chopped spring onions and shape into small flat patties. Shallow fry and serve with Julienne cucumber, carrots, shallots and fresh coriander with a drizzle of sweet chilie sauce and crushed peanuts.
