Ingredients
- Half a Spring onion, 4 scrabbled eggs, 2 packets of rice flat noodles (must be from the fridge)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 teaspoons of crispy chilli and a whole jar of pad Thai sauce
- 1kilo of chicken breast
Method
- Start off by scrambling the eggs then once cooked set aside. Then in a hot wok add in your sesame oil and spring onions, once cooked add in your diced up chicken breast and half of the pad Thai sauce straight from the jar with a pinch of salt and your Chrissy chilli on the chicken. Put your noodle packets into the microwave and get them started for 2 minutes. Once chicken is cooked throw in your noodles and the rest of the pad Thai sauce, mix around then add in your egg and crushed peanuts
