- Kewpie mayo
- Cucumber
- Bean sprouts
- Cabbage
- Cucumber
- Rice
- Sesame seeds
- Black pepper
- Green onion
- Avocado
- Edamame beans
- Spicy kewpie
- Sweet chill sauce
- Kecap mannis
Method
- Boil rice in pot, rub sweet chilli and kecap manis onto salmon and put in oven for 15 minutes
- Chop cucumber into quarters, chop cabbage, green onion and avocado
- Fry cabbage in pan with olive oil and salt and pepper,
- Add rice and cabbage to either side of bowl, salmon in the middle, add cucumber, avo, bean sprouts and edamame
- Finish with a drizzle of kewpie mayo, black pepper and sesame seeds
