Ingredients
- 200g of udon noodle
- 100ml light soy sauce
- 50ml dark soy sauce
- 100g brown sugar
- 50g chilli oil
Method
- 1. Boil pre made udon in saucepan for 5 mins
- 2. Add light soy, dark soy, and brown sugar in a separate saucepan, boil it for 5 mins until sauce thickens
- 3. Assemble noodle in a bowl, drizzle desired amount of chili oil, then add the soy sauce mixture in the bowl; mix well and serve
