Ingredients
- 4 firm tofu (100g each)
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp obento mirin
- 2 tbsp obento cooking sake
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp oyster brand fish sauce
Method
- Sprinkle salt, pepper on tofu and press into flour, egg then sesame seeds. Repeat for each slice.
- Add oil to pan and heat tofu on medium high heat, 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Remove to plate
- Lower heat to medium and add teriyaki sauce ingredients. Simmer for 1 minute
- Plate up tofu with sauce and kewpie on top.
