- 1 cup sushi rice
- 200g marinated satay Tofu, chopped
- 1/2 cup edamame, steamed
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 sheets of Obento Nori for Sushi
- 2 tablespoons of Obento Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons pickled ginger
- Kewpie Dressing Sesame Soy-
- Kewpie Wasabi Dressing
- Cook rice as per packet instructions.
- When cooked, add rice to serving bowl and gently mix in Obento Rice Wine Vinegar.
- Pan fry pre-marinated tofu and add to bowl.
- Steam edamame and add to bowl.
- Add carrot, cucumber, avocado, pickled ginger and Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi to bowl with Kewpie Dressing Sesame Soy.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with Kewpie Wasabi Dressing on side.
