Ingredients
- 80g Mushroom
- 250g chicken fillet sliced
- 2 tps kaffir lime leaves
- 100g Vermicelli noodles
- 100mls coconut milk
Method
- Bring 2 3/4 of water to the boil and stir in 1/2 jar of valcom tom yum paste
- Add 80g sliced mushrooms and return to the boil until cooked
- Add 250g chicken breast sliced and 1/2 cup coconut milk. Add vermicelli bring to the boil and summer until cooked.
- Stir in valcom kaffir leaves
- Garnish with sliced green onions and coriander
