Ingredients
- Valcom Tom Yum Paste
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1kg mince chicken
- 1 can baby corn
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can valcom bamboo shoots
- 1 fried egg optional
Method
- Heat oil in a wok. Put mince chicken into pan, season with salt and brown.
- Then add chopped baby corn, sliced mushroom and bamboo shoots.
- Add half a jar of valcom tom yum paste and let it cook down. Serve with white rice, top off with a fried egg (optional)
