Ingredients
- 150gr Meat of your choice( seafood/chicken/beef)
- 300gr cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 5gr chopped garlic
- 10gr small dice spanish onion
- Chopped coriander leaf
- Chopped.shallot
- 1/2 tbspn Valcom Tom yum paste
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Crispy shallot for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, saute meat until done.
- Add chopped.garlic and diced onion saute until fragrance, pour egg mixture stir fried until well combine.
- Add rice to the meat and egg mixture, stirfry until well combine
- Add the tom yum paste to the rice mixture mix thoroughly until the paste well combine to the rice
- Before take out from the heat add chopped.shallot and chopped.coriander
- Serve on a.plate sprinkle with crispy shallot and fried egg and also pickle vegetable if you like
