Ingredients
- 150gr diced chicken thighs, 50gr diced brown onion, 1 chilli sliced
- 150gr mixed vegetables( any vegetables left over such as: Broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, asparagus, sugar snap)
- 1tbspn Valcom Tom yum paste
- 200ml water
- 100ml cooking cream
- Mixture of 1tsp cornstarch/potato starch + 1tbspnn water
- 1tbspn fish gravy
- 1/2tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in pan, add diced chicken to medium heat oil, saute until chicken golden brown add onion and sliced chilli
- Add all type of vegetable to the pan and stirfry together
- Pour water over chicken and vegetables mixture
- Add Valcom Tomyum paste followed by seasoning, fish gravy and cooking cream
- Let simmer over low heat, for 3mnts, ad starch mixture to the liquid, and stir until get good consistency
- Take out from stove and serve over the plate and put steam rice over the dish sprinkle with crispy shallot
