Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- Bento Yaki Nori for Sushi (6 sheets)
- Tuna (425 gram Tin)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 ripe avocado
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook and drain sushi rice, allow to cool
- Mix tune and mayonnaise in bowl
- Lay Nori sheets flat, shiny side down
- Spread rice evenly across Nori sheet apps 1cm thick, leaving 3cm gap along one side
- Spread layer of tuna and avo across middle of rice, parallel to the gap along side
- Run wet fingers along gap side of Nori
- Carefully roll from oppose side and allow damp end to seal the roll neatly (size of each roll app 5cm in diameter once rolled). Cut in. half for two equal length rolls apps 7/8cm long.
- Repeat for remaining 5 sheets to result in 12 finished Nori rolls
- Enjoy and dip into soy sauce to taste. Yum, a family favourite for us!
