Ingredients
- Canned tuna, cooked brown rice, ginger, wasabi and coconut amino.
- 1 small can of tuna
- 1 serve of cooked brown rice
- Ginger to taste
- Wasabi to taste
- Coconut amino to taste
Method
- Add the brown rice to a bowl.
- Add the tuna on top of the brown rice.
- Mix the wasabi and coconut amino on a separate small container.
- Place the ginger on top of the tuna.
- Out the sauce (wasabi and coconut amino) on top of it all.
- Enjoy your healthy and delicious Tuna bowl!
