Ingredients
- Can of yellowfin tuna with olive oil (200g)
- One medium size red onion
- Few stalks of flat leaf parsley
- Ground black pepper
- Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise
Method
- Open a 200g can of yellowfin tuna with olive oil and place into a mixing bowl
- Chop the onion finely and place into the mixing bowl
- Chop finely the flat leaf parsley (stalks removed) and place into the mixing bowl
- Add some ground black pepper
- Squeeze about 100g of kewpie japanese mayonnaise into the mixing bowl and stir the mixture in the mixing bowl until the texture is like a paste
