Ingredients
- 500g penne
- 2 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 lemon, juiced and grated
- 3 large tins of tuna in olive oil
- 1 large bunch rocket lettuce
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Salt, pepper and chilli flakes to garnish
Method
- Cook the pasta in salted water till al dente.
- Drain and add to a large serving bowl.
- Add all other ingredients and toss to thoroughly mix.
- Serve with an extra drizzle of Kewpie mayo and flourish of grated lemon zest.
