Ingredients
- 2 slices home baked bread
- Mustard
- Roast turkey, 2 slices
- Avocado
- Brie
- Baby cos lettece, 4 leaves
- Kewpie Japanese Mayonaise
Method
- Spread mustard on first slice of bread, layer roast turkey slices
- Spread avocado on second slice of bread, addd thin slices of brie. Top with cos lettece leaves.
- Apply Kewpie Japanese Mayonaise to the cos lettece. Put the two slices of bread together to make a sandwich.
- Cut sandwich in two using a diagonal cut. Assemble on plate and serve.
