
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice1/2 cup Cucumber sliced 1 Carrot2 Radish’s Pickled ginger garnish
- Kewpie mayoKewpie sesame soy sauce
- 200g Marinated chicken of your choice
Method
- Bowl rice either using a saucepan or rice cooker, whatever is available. I usually do 1 cup rice to 2 cups water.
- BBQ marinated chicken, alternatively you can pan fry.
- While the chicken and rice are cooking you can slice and grate your veggies.
