Ingredients
- 1/2 bulb of Garlic
- 1 onion chipped
- 3 carrots chopped
- 1/2 head of broccolli
- 300g mince beef
- 300g mince pork
- 1 packet habitability organic udon noodles
- 2 cubes of bao long pho soup seasoning
Method
- Cook the udon noodles according to packet instructions. While you are waiting for it to cook, star working on the soup.
- While you wait, put the veggies and pho soup seasoning in a pot with 2 litres of water and boil.
- Once the water has boiled for 5 mins, add the minced meat and cook until the water begins to boil again and the meat cooks through
- Drain the udon noodles and split it up between 4 bowls
- Ladle the soup into each bowl. There should be enough soup left over for another 4 serves the following night!
