- Sushi rice, rice winter vinegar , carrot, avocado, cucumber & soysauce, seaweed
- Cook the rice for 20 mins, 1 cup sushi rice to 1 cup water, let cool, pour 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar on top, mix through, place nori into sushi roller, top with rice & your slices fillings of veg. Roll up & press firmly them slice.
