- Ingredients include: For the Dough- 500ml Milk, Fresh Yeast 10g, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, Flour 1kg. For the Vegetable Curry Mixture-Ready Sauce (Coconut Curry Vegetable), 500 gr mixed Vegetables finely diced, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 Onion finely diced.
- Make the dough by mixing all ingredients till you form a non sticky texture. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. While dough is resting dice all vegetables finely and cook using coconut oil. Add in the packet of Lee Kum Ready Sauce and stir well until heated through. Open up the dough into round balls and then open using a roller into medium circles. Place 2 tablespoons of the stir fry vegetables evenly on one side. Flip the other side of the dough and make sure it is sealed. Cook on a pan and flip sides to make sure it is cooked evenly.
