
Ingredients
- Silverbeet Vegetables
- 2 TBSP Chilli Paste
- 30 gm Dried Shrimp chopped
- 1 large onion
- 300 ml TCC Coconut Milk
- 1 TBSP LKK Oyster Sauce
Method
- Fry diced onions until translucent
- Add in Chilli Paste and cook until chilli oil appears
- Add in Silverbeet vegetables and stir fry until soften
- Add in LKK Oyster Sauce followed by TCC Coconut Milk
- Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
- Add salt to required taste
- Dish out and enjoy
