- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- Teaspoon sugar
- Pepper
- Chinese wine
- Fried shallots
- Packet of hokien noodles
- Tablespoon of sesame oil
- Coconut oil
Method
- Sauce.Mix: 1/2 soy sauce1/2 oyster sauce table tablespoon of sesame oil 1/2 chinese wineTeaspoon of sugar1/2 teaspoon pepperTablespoon sweet chilli. Fry vegetables in a wok with coconut oil. Add hokien noodle.Add sauce. Fry for another minute. Serve in a bowl
