- Serves: 3 – 4 peopleIngredientsMain Ingredients:• 300g Quorn Mince (or other plant-based mince)• ½ cup of frozen peas• A bunch of small red radishes• 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh ginger• 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic• 3 egg yolks (this is optional for vegans)• 1 tablespoon cooking oil• 3 tablespoons of ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce• 2 tablespoons of Obento Mirin seasoning• ¼ cup of Obento Sushi Seasoning• Avocado slices and rocket leaves for garnish
- Directions1. Slice the small red radishes into thin round shapes and marinate it in the Obento Sushi Seasoning2. Heat the oil in the frypan then add ginger and garlic and fry for one minute.3. Add the Quorn Mince to the frypan and continue to fry for another 3 minutes.4. Then add 3 tablespoons of ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Obento Mirin seasoning and continue to fry and stir for another couple of minutes.5. Mix in three egg yolks and continue to stir and fry until all liquid is gone.6. Add the frozen green peas and simmer for 1 – 2 minutes with the lid on the frypan. 7. Serve on platter with the marinated radishes and garnished with some greens and avocado slices. Best accompanied with plain hot rice.
