Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of Sushi rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (sauce)
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Any vegetables of choice I choose bok choy onions, sweet potato, carrot and cucumber, capsicum
- Sesame seeds
- One clove of garlic
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
Method
- Measure and cook sushi rice, then let it steam while the other vegetables are cooking.
- Steam bok choy
- Bake Sweet potatoes And capsicum.
- Finley, slice carrot and cucumber, fresh
- Turn stove on to medium and combine, soy sauce, sugar, Mirin, sesame seeds, garlic and sesame oil, bring to a boil, then set aside to serve.
- Serve up the vegetables rice and pour sauce on top. Enjoy
