- 25 Water chestnut
- 1 tin chickpea
- 1 tin coconut milk
- Bunch Curry powder
- 1x Carrot
- 1x pack of sugar snap peas
Method
- Chop veggies drain chickpea. Pan fry vegetables 10 mins
- Add coconut milk and curry powder.Put rice on boil
- Serve
