- Red and green capsicum, red onion, purple cabbage, carrots, corn, snow peas, bok choy, bean sprouts, pre-cooked basmati rice, garlic, chili, lemongrass, Thai basil, ABC Kecap manis, Kewpie mayonnaise.
- Fine slice all vegetables. Heat tbsp oil in wok. Add herbs/spices to release flavours. Add vegetables. Stir while cooking for 4 minutes. Add tbspn kecap manis, tbspn honey, half tbsp mayonnaise and stir 2 minutes. In another wok heat tspn oil add fine chopped onion, red and green capsicum, Thai basil, garlic and sit while cooking. Add pre-cooked rice. Stir for 4 minutes then add tbsp ABC kecap manis and quarter cup peas. Cook for 3 minutes then serve with Rainbow Veggies with squeeze of lime. Delish!!!!!
