Ingredients
- Chicken
- Cornstarch
- Oil
- Vegetables including bamboo shoots, carrot, capsicum onion and zucchini
- Spice co Vietnamese ginger chicken kit
- Noodles
Method
- Coat diced chicken in cornstarch, shallow fry in wok. Put in bowl.
- Follow instructions on kit method, cooking spices and vegetables, add meat and sauces
- Add noodles, stir till combined, serve with fish sauce and coriander
