Ingredients
- 4 Salmon portions approx 150 grms each.
- 1 Mango
- 1/4 Tube of S&B Wasabi
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or thick cream.
- 1 DS minced ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced.
- 3 TBLS lime juice
- 1 TS sugar
- Butter for Frying Salmon
- Diced coriander or red onion or other for garnish
- Cracked black pepper.
Method
- Mix Wasabi with either mayonnaise or cream, add sugar , ginger, garlic and lime juice. Stir thoroughly Set aside.
- Heat butter and cook salmon portions ,sprinkled with crushed black pepper.
- Peel and slice mango , or dice if preferred. Add salad green of choice.
- Place dressing in 4 separate little serving dishes.
- Serve Salmon on plate with Mango salad and dressing.
- Garnish with Coriander or eschallots etc.
